About this role
Role Overview
Plan and coordinate cross-functional planning and execution of virtual and in-person client trainings, internal meetings, and promotional events
Support operational excellence across events by anticipating logistical needs and preparing materials
Manage key event logistics and administer survey operations
Maintain and organize the RES internal document library and support the development of operational best practices
Identify opportunities for operational improvement and serve as a point of coordination and operational support
Requirements
3 – 5 years of project and/or program management experience
Event planning experience
Advance proficiency with operational tools such as Monday.com, Salesforce, Zoom, Calendly, Slack and survey administration platforms
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Exceptional organizational and planning abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Strong operational and systems-thinking skills
