About this role

Lead a team of Project and Systems Engineers supporting SATCOM and Space communication systems.
Oversee development, sustainment, and business pursuit activities.
Ensure major development proposal efforts are executed effectively.
Foster collaborative teamwork and effective communication within the team.

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience.
Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 10 years of directly related work experience in project/systems engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of project and/or personnel management and leadership experience.
Understanding of and experience with business development processes/lifecycle.
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
Experience with all aspects of Military Standard Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
In depth understanding of SATCOM and Space communication systems.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and management skills.
