Own end-to-end integration strategy and execution for multiple acquisitions annually
Stand up and run the Integration Management Office for each deal
Partner cross-functionally with various teams to deliver Day 1 readiness
Build and maintain integration playbooks, KPI frameworks, and dashboards
Lead TSA scoping and management; coordinate systems and data integration priorities
Serve as the primary executive liaison for integration
Conduct integration diligence and provide input to deal models

10+ years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, strategy/operations, or management consulting
Led 6+ full-cycle integrations as an IMO lead or major workstream owner
Proven experience coordinating 10+ cross-functional stakeholders
Expertise in integration governance and Day 1/Day 100 planning
Advanced proficiency with analytics and program tools: Google Sheets/Excel, Slides, and project management platforms
Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
Ability to travel up to 25% based on deal needs
