Launch, manage, and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
Monitor spend pacing, maintaining account hygiene, QA campaigns before and after launch
Be the primary point of contact for client portfolio, leading performance meetings
Develop and present paid media strategies, deliver ongoing recommendations
Translate campaign data into clear performance reports, highlighting wins and opportunities
Work within established playbooks and SOPs to ensure consistency across the portfolio

1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns, agency or in-house
Strong understanding of CPC bidding, keyword strategy, account structure, and performance metrics
Experience building and managing campaigns across the full lifecycle from setup to optimization
Outstanding client-facing skills
A natural sense of accountability and ownership over your portfolio
Exceptional attention to detail in both campaign execution and client communication
Comfort working within structured systems, SOPs, and repeatable processes
Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking
Experience in the multifamily industry is a big plus but not required
