Oversee the human resources management system (HRMS) and other HR systems.
Manage day to day operational aspects of Human Resource systems.
Ensure data integrity in HR systems.
Provide first level support to users of HR systems.
Lead implementation of system enhancements and new releases.
Support M&A activities with information transfer for HR, payroll and benefits data.
Train users on HR system enhancements and new processes.

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field required.
Minimum five to seven years’ hands on system administration experience.
Experience using / managing HRIS systems required (UKG experience preferred).
1-2 years of formal people leadership experience preferred.
Expert at HRIS report writing and providing data analysis using Excel and Cognos.
Proven organizational, prioritization, time management, process and project planning skills.
Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills.
