About this role

Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with leadership across Digital Data Science, Translational Medicine, Development teams, and Clinical Operations to drive product adoption
Define, track, and optimize product metrics and business outcomes
Manage product backlog prioritization and serve as primary decision-maker
Guide AI product development from pre-clinical through real-world evidence integration
Lead cross-functional delivery teams through agile methodologies

7+ years in product management or complex digital solution development
Knowledge in product or software-oriented roles building AI/data products
Healthcare/biotech experience with clinical datasets preferred
Excellent stakeholder management and communication
Strong business analysis and problem solving
Demonstrated ability to think and influence strategically
Proficiency in AI technologies, clinical development applications, and agile/lean methodologies
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, SQL or other data querying capabilities, UX/UI principles and user centered design thinking
Bachelors required, Masters/PhD preferred
