Utilize software to organize, analyze, and present human resources data
Research policies, procedures, or other operations that require evaluation
Analyze data to present human resource recommendations in areas such as employee development, assessment, and promotion
Assists with implementing surveys and assessments of workforce development and promotion programs
Assists in the planning and execution of testing/assessment centers
Ensure the integrity, security, and fairness of testing/assessment processes
Requirements
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
Bachelor's degree
SIX (6) or more years of experience supporting Human Resources
Experience with data analysis
