Role Overview
- Lead and manage the end-to-end proposal development process
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for proposal responses
- Review RFPs, RFIs, Whitepapers, and other customer documents
- Develop proposal outlines, schedules, and deadlines
- Write, edit, and proofread proposal content
- Collaborate with technical writers, graphic designers, and subject matter experts
- Maintain proposal libraries and templates for future submissions
- Track and report on proposal progress
- Assist in post-submission activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management and related roles supporting U.S. government and/or industry customers
- U.S. Citizenship
- Proven track record of leading proposal development efforts in the Federal Government marketplace
- Subject matter expertise in proposal development and RFP best practices
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word and other MS Office products
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
