Define project requirements and objectives by leading comprehensive needs assessments in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate complex material and chemical specifications, performance criteria, and regulatory considerations into clear, actionable project plans
Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver project milestones on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with strategic program objectives
Apply project management best practices to drive consistent and predictable project execution
Support the development and execution of strategies specific to the Material Reinvent program
Demonstrate strong responsiveness and adaptability
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Minimum of 3 years of project management and/or team leadership
Minimum 3 years of experience with medical devices and FDA/ISO requirements
Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
Experience leading global cross-functional teams
New product development or product life cycle maintenance such as product engineering experience a plus
Ability to influence stakeholders including clarifying risks and opportunities
Experience in chemicals, polymers and adhesives a plus
Experience in manufacturing transfer to external manufacturing a plus
Microsoft Office and Project proficient
Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
