Develops and executes integrated communications strategies that support Workplace Solutions businesses and Technology.
Serves as a trusted advisor and communications counselor to business and functional executives, including product/service leaders and Chief Information Officer.
Constructs and maintains an integrated strategic communications plan and calendar that is aligned with organizational priorities and addresses internal partners' diverse needs; oversees execution and reporting.
Complements and closely collaborates with Marketing, Brand and Communications colleagues, including those focused on Retirement, Wealth Management, Investment Management, Digital, and Corporate communications; ensures brand consistency and alignment with other communications taking place.
Conducts media relations (with all types of press), prepares and briefs leaders for media engagements, and serves as media contact and spokesperson for the company when needed.
Devises and drafts proactive and reactive messaging for use with media, employees and other business stakeholder groups (including press releases, statements, Q&A, related internal content, social content); works with internal partners to ensure accuracy and conformance to legal and other requirements.
Assists in the management of large internal meetings, such as employee town halls.
Remains informed on peer communications landscape and communications best practices; proactively spearheads implementation of new communications approaches based on this knowledge.

Requirements
8-plus years of experience managing communications.
Exceptional track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies.
Ability to independently manage large-scale projects/campaigns with limited supervision.
Demonstrated leadership, achievement, and excellence in a world-class organization.
Proven experience partnering with senior business unit and technology leaders.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience leveraging technology in support of communications.
Seasoned strategic thinker with excellent writing, listening, presentation, and communications skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism or related field.
