Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
Minimum 15 years of experience managing complex projects, including bridges and road infrastructure
PMP certification or a master's degree in project management are strongly recommended
Excellent multidisciplinary coordination skills, contract management, and project administration
Proven leadership that motivates teams and a strong client focus
Attention to detail, autonomy, and a strong sense of priorities
Excellent communication skills
