Manage and develop 1-2 analysts
Evaluate potential model improvements and develop comprehensive model roadmaps
Advise Lines of Business (LOBs) on potential impacts to their operations
Drive step-change improvements in credit performance through rigorous analysis

Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
At least 2 years of experience in analysis
Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field preferred
5+ years of experience in analysis preferred
2+ years of experience in financial services preferred
1+ year of experience in consulting preferred
2+ years of experience in people management preferred
