Collaborating with Bank marketing and product teams to design, build, update and launch pages across the Bank website
Become a subject matter expert on Capital One’s enterprise CMS platform
Strategically develop and align projects to enhance efficiency in the way we utilize the enterprise CMS
Help uncover ways to automate processes and exploring AI usage
Working with stakeholders to determine web page needs and consulting on best solutions
Work within CMS to update and build web pages
Collaborate with other functional areas within the organization and with external groups, including vendor management
Perform quality assurance checks on web page updates
Showcase learnings and successes through well-refined communication and presentation skills
Work proactively in an agile environment and identify when to work outside the process in whitespace
Serve as key liaison for and collaborate with cross-functional teams including partners from: Product Management, Performance Marketing, Business/Data Analytics, Tech, Legal, Brand
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of multi-channel marketing experience
At least 3 years of experience in planning, execution, and analysis of marketing programs
At least 3 years of experience managing creative processes and working with creative teams
4+ years of experience in a product marketing role (preferred)
3+ years experience working with content management systems (preferred)
3+ years experience using digital marketing, analysis and SEO tools (preferred)
2+ years of experience in financial services (preferred)
