Offer production support within the Global Corporate Actions Team
Support complex event management, project management and improvement initiatives
Drive operational excellence and oversee fund event implementation
Interact with various groups within the Fidelity organization
Provide functional and technical area expertise, oversight, problem resolution, training, analysis and reporting
Identify areas of risk and work to mitigate them
Handle critical issues from all lines of Asset Management
Contribute to process and develop creative solutions
Partner with cross-sectional teams to implement process improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree encouraged, but not required
5+ years in project management within financial services or operations
Subject matter expert knowledge of securities and monetary transactions with associated financial services industry systems, standards, and regulatory conditions
Working knowledge of downstream impacts, workflows and requirements of internal and external business partners and systems applications
Exposure to corporate actions or securities operations is a plus, but not mandatory
Sharp judgment and proven ability logically identify, isolate and resolve problems
Ability to lead independently and in a team environment under very critical deadlines
Solid understanding of project and relationship management
Ability to make decisions with limited/minimal oversight or guidance
Foundational knowledge in digital tools and processes (SQL and PowerBi) encouraged, but not required
