Manage the RCA staff and daily operations of the recovery department at Crestone Wellness.
Facilitate 12 step and other recovery curriculum, groups, lectures, and individual recovery support to the clients.
Manage and direct the delivery of recovery services pertinent to a client’s 12 step treatment plan.
Work closely with the multidisciplinary treatment team at Crestone to maintain a unified treatment approach.
Uphold the philosophy and standards set forth by the organization.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
3+ years of experience in the SUD/BH treatment industry and program management required.
Formal education in behavioral health, addiction studies, or a related experience preferred.
Applicable certifications in areas like CPR preferred.
