Role Overview
- Manage and deliver recovery programming.
- Manage the RCA staff and daily operations of the recovery department at Crestone Wellness.
- Facilitate 12 step and other recovery curriculum, groups, lectures, and individual recovery support to the clients.
- Manage and direct the delivery of recovery services pertinent to a client’s 12 step treatment plan.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary treatment team at Crestone to maintain a unified treatment approach.
- Uphold the philosophy and standards set forth by the organization.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years of experience in the SUD/BH treatment industry and program management required.
- Formal education in behavioral health, addiction studies, or a related experience preferred.
- Applicable certifications in areas like CPR preferred.
