Lead multiple or large-scale projects designed to improve organizational and operational effectiveness
Oversee and direct all aspects of the project life cycle (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control, Closeout)
Collaborate with external divisions to ensure fully integrated solutions are in place
Manage overall end to end process for HMM
Develops project related deliverables including project plans, process workflow diagrams, risk mitigation plans, and contingency plans
Manage status reporting processes and communications for all stakeholders

BA/BS degree preferred
Post Graduate Education a plus
7+ years professional business experience preferred in project management within healthcare
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Certification a plus
Strong PC skills including proficiency in use of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Access
Strong Project Management skills (e.g., MS Project, Budget/Resource/Timeline Estimating, process mapping, etc.)
