Provide end-to-end project management for a range of digital products and initiatives, including website and mobile app development, digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media), and e-commerce platform builds
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, web developers, content creators, and digital marketers, through the entire digital project lifecycle
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, technical requirements, and strategic digital objectives
Create comprehensive project roadmaps, user stories, and detailed digital project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for platforms and tools
Manage day-to-day project tasks within Agile methodologies
Facilitate key project ceremonies (e.g., sprints, stand-ups) and coordinate workflow using project management software like Azure
Proactively identify potential risks, such as technical issues, scope creep, or resource bottlenecks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure the project remains on track and within budget
Serve as the central communication hub, providing regular status updates, performance reports, and sprint reviews to stakeholders
Ensure that the final products meet defined standards for usability (UX), accessibility (WCAG), and functionality across various devices and browsers
