Become a subject matter expert on ClassLink’s products and services
Lead onboarding and integration processes for new partners, ensuring smooth and timely technical and relational alignment
Develop and manage strategic relationships with assigned partners, serving as the primary point of contact from initial engagement through ongoing collaboration
Conduct initial outreach and discovery
Communicate and position ClassLink’s partnership and financial model
Define and maintain clear interaction workflows between ClassLink and partner organizations
Maintain consistent, proactive communication to foster trust and long-term engagement
Project manage technical integrations, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure successful implementation
Efficiently manage high-volume correspondence (75+ emails daily), prioritizing tasks and responses in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Client Services) and partner staff to expand opportunities and deliver mutual value
Design, implement, and manage partner programs and initiatives that enhance engagement and satisfaction
Continuously assess and improve the partner experience and internal partner management processes for efficiency and scalability
Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance, knowledge-sharing, and coaching as needed
Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of experience in technology-focused roles with direct customer or partner interaction
Proven success managing strategic partnerships and external relationships
Project Management Certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar)

Experience in education technology and/or identity and access management (IAM) systems preferred
Strong understanding of workflow and process optimization
Familiarity with relational data structures and systems interoperability
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and project management tools (especially Monday.com)
Knowledge of rostering standards (e.g., OneRoster), SSO, and data exchange best practices is a plus
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and build trust-based relationships
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
