Schedules depositions and other legal proceedings in complex, confidential cases.
Establishes new and existing client relationships by demonstrating expertise and responding quickly to inquiries.
Manages logistical arrangements for clients.
Provides exceptional customer service and maintains attention to detail.
Monitors scheduling email folder to assist with same-day job issues.
Enters detailed data into database software.
Reserves conference rooms and meeting locations.
Sends confirmations and job updates to clients and resources via email.
Performs quality control checks on team members’ work.
Assists in training other colleagues and documents case orders.
Requirements
4 year college degree and a minimum of 4 years in a customer service and/or legal environment.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be computer savvy, and comfortable working with various software programs including Microsoft office and Adobe products.
Must have previous remote work experience.
Strong attention to detail required.
Must have a team-spirited, positive personality.
Must be able to work in a professional and confidential environment.
