The Customer Support Technical Training & Onboarding Specialist delivers on the Antech Customer Service Vision of unwavering commitment to empathetic and caring veterinary diagnostic support via the Support Enablement Team.
The Onboarding & Training Specialist designs, develops, implements, and maintains multi-modal learning solutions for specific Customer Support teams.
Conduct needs assessments and performance gap analysis to identify skill, knowledge, and workflow opportunities across supported Customer Support teams.
Design, build, and continuously improve curriculum and training content using a variety of formats (instructor-led, digital, job aids, hands-on application, and multimedia learning tools).
Serve as a content expert by developing a deep understanding of team workflows, systems, and tools in order to translate complex processes into clear, practical training.
Create hands-on, real-world training experiences that build learner confidence, competence, and consistency on the job.
Manage multiple training projects simultaneously from concept through delivery, including planning, documentation, timelines, and follow-through.
Collaborate closely with Support Enablement partners and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and align training release strategies.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in Veterinary Diagnostics and/or Imaging
