About this role
Role Overview
Handle client, inspector, and manager inquiries via phone and email, logging all details in the EXL Survey database.
Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing updates, estimated completion dates, and next steps.
Forward and track revision requests, ensuring timely completion and communication back to clients.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure everyone has the latest project information.
Monitor phone calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or quality control.
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer literacy, including office software and databases.
Ability to evaluate reports and ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
Professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage time-sensitive priorities.
