Ensures regional operations follow bank policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards when decisions are made.
Acts as a key operational partner to regional and market leaders, providing input for business reviews, planning, and priorities.
Reviews and tracks service performance, operational results, and key metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Identifies gaps or inefficiencies in processes and helps drive practical improvements that strengthen operations and the client experience.
Partners with Finance and regional leadership to review staffing assumptions, site needs, and expense considerations.
Ensures market‑level controls are in place and serves as an escalation point for operational risk, compliance, or control issues.
Builds strong working relationships with local leaders to help integrate risk management and operational best practices.
Shares regular updates on operational performance, risk themes, and control results with regional leadership.
Identifies training or skill gaps related to operations and risk and helps coordinate additional support or training as needed.
Leads regional initiatives from planning through execution, including tracking progress and communicating updates.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience desired.
Regional and business operations management
Risk management and compliance oversight
Understanding of operational controls and readiness
