Senior Group Operations Manager – Business Banking

Role Overview

• Supports regional workforce planning by reviewing staffing levels and capacity needs
• Ensures regional operations follow bank policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards
• Acts as a key operational partner to regional and market leaders
• Reviews and tracks service performance, operational results, and key metrics
• Identifies gaps or inefficiencies in processes
• Partners with Finance and regional leadership
• Ensures market-level controls are in place
• Builds strong working relationships with local leaders
• Shares regular updates on operational performance
• Identifies training or skill gaps related to operations.
• Leads regional initiatives from planning through execution.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience desired.
