Role Overview
- Provide advice and guidance to Financial Advisors and Client Associates
- Help identify appropriate investment platforms/strategies for clients
- Informed by Chief Investment Office around portfolio construction and asset allocation
- Focus on supporting advisors to drive sales growth
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve growth goals
- Partner with Regional IAP Specialist Analyst and other specialists
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in financial services industry
- 10 years sales experience
- Knowledge of professionally managed investment products
- Deep subject matter expertise on high-conviction investment offerings
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, adaptive, and positive attitude
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 preferred at time of hire
