About this role
Role Overview
Work alongside the recruitment division to align client requirements with suitable candidates
Track sales performance indicators, generate reports, and deliver progress briefings to executive management
Foster and enhance partnerships with current clients to guarantee superior satisfaction levels and ongoing business
Guide, coach, and supervise a sales team to accomplish both individual and collective revenue objectives
Formulate and execute strategic sales frameworks to grow the customer portfolio and enhance market presence throughout the Dallas area
Participate in the company's presence at industry conferences, exhibitions, and professional networking opportunities
Keep abreast of sector developments, competitive landscape, and marketplace dynamics
Perform routine performance assessments and offer guidance to team personnel
Pursue new business prospects via networking initiatives, prospecting outreach, and cultivating connections with prospective clients
Requirements
Proven ability to build and sustain robust client partnerships
Minimum 5 years in sales roles, including a minimum of 2 years in supervisory or leadership capacity
Competency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
Confirmed experience within the staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions space in the healthcare industry
Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within the local area as required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (or comparable professional background)
Documented history of achieving or surpassing sales goals and generating revenue expansion
Outstanding leadership capabilities with aptitude for inspiring and cultivating a sales organization
Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Benefits
Base Compensation Range: $140,000
$170,000 plus Performance-Based Compensation
