Stormwater Engineer – In Training

Role Overview

• Assist in the planning, design, and analysis of stormwater management systems
• Conduct watershed studies and environmental compliance projects
• Work closely with experienced engineers to develop technical reports
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling
• Contribute to sustainable water resource solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• 0-1+ years of related professional experience (internships and co-ops considered)
• Exposure to and/or experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Geopak, or related design software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to take direction
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under deadlines
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, flexibility, and commitment to professional growth
• Preferred: FE Exam in progress/completed, possibly already an EI/EIT, EI/EIT certification or ability to obtain, internship experience in field of expertise, exposure to graphic or visualization software
