Achieve or exceed sales targets for pneumatic compression therapy products in the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture market share.
Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training for clinical staff.
Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, ASCs, and physician practices.
Provide ongoing support to ensure proper product usage and compliance.
Recruit, contract, and onboard independent sales representatives to enhance territory coverage.
Provide training, guidance, and performance oversight to ensure reps meet company standards.
Monitor and evaluate independent reps’ activities, offering support and corrective action as needed.
Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategy.
Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to develop territory-specific initiatives.
Manage CRM updates, sales reporting, and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
Four (4)-year college or university degree is preferred.
Three (3) to Five (5) years of medical sales experience, preference to Orthopedic space, with an abundance of prospecting, cold-calling and closing new business.
Familiarity and relationships with Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Orthopedic Surgeons and Operating Rooms
Working knowledge of health insurance billing, CMS codes, and ICD 10
Possess clinical knowledge, knowledge of DVT and TJA
