Role Overview
- Analyze and manage safety programs and shrink performance
- Partner with field leadership, conduct theft and fraud investigations
- Review exception reports and manage asset protection teams
- Supervise day-to-day operations and long-range planning for Asset Protection
- Integrate with Store/DC Operations and develop new initiatives
- Hire, train, evaluate, and mentor Asset Protection associates
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in asset protection or related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- LPC Certification
- Strong understanding of Asset Protection, Operations, and field knowledge
- Proven track record in managing projects
- Ability to influence others cross-functionally
- Strong qualitative, analytic and business acumen skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
