Manage PRI Certification client satisfaction and report processes from receipt of a contract from the sales department through the registration decision and certification
Primarily responsible for reviewing all audit documentation for accuracy and completeness and coordination of registration decisions and certificate issuance process
Manage client and lead auditor adherence to audit report and nonconformance resolution policies for general/baseline standards
Provide client/auditor support services including reviewing completed audit package process to ensure integrity of all critical process records
Coordinate the registration decision process from return of the audit package to the actual decision for assessment, re-assessment and continuation decisions and certification issuance
Maintain and monitor service metrics with regard to customer satisfaction throughout the entire registration process
Requirements
Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Up to 2 years of administrative or customer service experience
Effective interpersonal and team-building skills
Excellent written and spoken communication skills related to customer service and teamwork
Strong computer skills and ability to work with appropriate computer application programs
