About this role
Role Overview
Provide territory support to an assigned group of Partner Business Managers and their associated Partners.
Manage the relationship between Hyland and an assigned group of Authorized Partners.
Collaborate with internal teams (Revenue Ops, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Enablement) to marshal resources.
Take ownership and ensure proper and timely resolution of issues escalated from assigned PBMS and Partners.
Identify trends in partner feedback to recommend process improvements and enhance the partner experience.
Support annual Partner Business Planning, Quarterly Partner Reviews, and Monthly Partner Reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1–3 years of partner or channel support
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good oral and written communications skills
Good organizational, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and time management skills
Good collaboration skills
Good data gathering, interviewing, and analytical/problem solving skills
Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners
Good ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Up to 20% travel time required
