Develop and support the channel 3 year business plan and provide input / feedback to maintain acceleration and development of the eB2B channel for specific Nestlé Health Science categories.
Analyse, identify, monitor and address specific issues to achieve Nestlé Health Science goals for eB2B e-commerce, commercial spend, share and operating budgets based on trends, category performance, competitive landscape and product mix financial health.
Effectively manage internal & external partnerships as needed
Follow Nestlé’s e-Commerce digital best practices, collaborate with the Marketing Team for best in class execution of PDP eContent, Educational Content, Product listings & Shopping Journeys.
Monitor and manage day to day activities through eB2B platform
weekly orders & sales, new & returning customers, online conversion and engagement KPIs
Develop channel plan presentations, leveraging category roadmaps and aligning with brand plans
Collaborate with CSD for management of discounts & promotional strategy based on pricing dynamics and key seasonal periods, while ensuring respect of balance of trade.
Liaise with Commercial Team (Revenue Manager, CSDM, Supply Demand Planning) in a timely manner to enable accurate forecasting
Lead, manage and own forecast accuracy for the channel, and communicate with stakeholders to adjust plans as needed
Be an eCommerce ambassador for the organization, embedding eB2B WoW within Nestlé Health Science
Align with key internal stakeholders on strategic business planning
Support/propose action-based solutions for operational changes and efficiencies
Requirements
A university degree in a business-related discipline.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, and experience within B2B will be considered a strong asset
Demonstrated understanding of the online shopping funnel and relevant drivers. Knowledge of the eCommerce flywheel will be considered a strong asset
Fluid capability with ecommerce technology and experience managing large product portfolios
Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with multiple stakeholders
Understanding and ease of execution of Digital Media tactics to drive acquisition
Comfortable comprehension of Supply Chain & Fulfilment operations
Self-starter with the ability to think “out of the box” to secure incremental business opportunities
Computer literacy: Adobe Commerce, MS Office suite of applications, GA4
