Role Overview
- Direct designing industry-leading consumer relevant executions of graphics focused on apparel
- Partner with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall vision of Originals
- Lead seasonal graphics narratives for Originals in a global context
- Guide and steer the vision across the BU category
- Directs Apparel graphics executions with input from various teams
- Collaborate with the category’s design team and mentor team members
Requirements
- Four year college or university degree in industrial, graphics, apparel or footwear design
- 8+ years relevant work experience and experience leading a design team
- Thorough knowledge of art and design with clear understanding of visual design
- Strong working knowledge of footwear/apparel construction and production
- Computer Skills: Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Power Point/Key Note
- Understanding of brand history and current positioning
- Culturally connected with a strong understanding of graphics and trends
