Role Overview
Developing and executing demand generation campaigns and commercial strategy to support the growth of the CE hardware and consumables business in the Americas
Acting as a business owner, analyzing key performance indicators, integrating them with broader market knowledge, and arriving at impactful conclusions
Supporting the Americas CE sales team by aligning market development activities with regional sales objectives
Translating market insights into actionable commercial direction, enabling funnel health through proactive collaboration
Equipping the sales organization with strategic messaging, competitive intelligence, and customer-driven value propositions
Requirements
University degree in a relevant scientific (e.g. Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Science) or business (e.g. Marketing) field or equivalent work experience in relevant markets
9+ years working in one or more relevant markets in a sales, marketing, product management, technical or scientific role
Experience managing projects from inception to completion, achieving landmarks through strong leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Demonstrable experience translating strategic direction into commercial action using data-driven approaches
Ability to travel and be customer facing 40% of the time within Canada, United States and Latin America
