Lead a Talent Acquisition team of recruiters who are responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to acquire top talent in support of the business and talent objectives
Consult with regional business and HR leaders on talent requirements for today and tomorrow and drive an effective and efficient talent acquisition strategy in support of the business.
Responsible for driving end-to-end TA strategy in alignment with the Global Global Services & Finance Talent Strategy
Develop and implement differentiated Talent Acquisition strategies for key business priorities across the region, spanning all candidate levels, demographics, functional disciplines, geographic regions, and business segments
Drive the E2E talent acquisition strategy and consistently represent the TA story and metrics to HR leadership and appropriate business partners.
Drive operational excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle and full TA team, including data integrity, and adherence to success metrics
Drive a strong talent assessment process and rigor across all hiring teams that ultimately delivers the best talent
Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of recruiters aligned to Global Services & Finance responsible for all elements of recruitment
Proactively share market and competitive intelligence to inform talent, business and organizational design decisions.
Collaborate and influence other HR and functional partners, as appropriate, to ensure that J&J can attract the necessary talent for today and tomorrow. This includes Total Rewards, Mobility, BUHR, , Global Talent Management, and Global Services
Maintain understanding of innovative recruitment strategies, emerging technologies, including AI driven tools, and best practices required to best serve functional talent acquisition needs.
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required
A minimum of 6 years of direct, relevant and recent experience in Talent Acquisition or HR is required
Experience in leading a team of individual contributors is highly preferred
Experience in developing a comprehensive recruiting and/ or talent strategy to address diverse talent needs is required
You have demonstrated deep knowledge of external talent market, market trends, and internal metrics and used them for informed decision -making
Experience in both a corporate recruiting environment and a search firm is a plus
The ability to translate a business strategy into an actionable recruiting strategy is required
Demonstrated proficiency and comfort leading with data and analytics is preferred
Must be a creative problem solver and have the ability and desire to live simultaneously in the worlds of strategy and operations
A global talent perspective and experience working in a highly matrixed environment is required.
Must have exceptional communication (both written and verbal), influencing and negotiation skills.
Strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail is required
Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills is a must
Experience applying AI and technology driven talent strategies to optimize recruitment processes is preferred
Proficiency with various candidate management and applicant tracking systems is preferred
Must be willing to travel, as needed
