5+ year in the IT Financial Management, Telecom, Mobility or Cloud market domain
5+ years’ experience solving complex problems, often outside of your direct
5+ years of experience working with stakeholders with companies exceeding $50M in Annual
3+ years of experience in contract renewals and negotiations
3+ years of working within sales teams.
Excellent account management
Ability to lead complex negotiations with multiple, cross-functional customer
Deep understanding of Customer Success
A consultative and solutions-based approach to problem-solving and ability to manage customer
Strong understanding of IT Financial Management or Mobile and Fixed telecom expense management principles.
Comfortable leading presentations and driving best practice conversations.
