Oversee US marketing strategy, planning, and execution for multiple product categories that may include disposable products and capital equipment including hardware, software, and services.
Help launch new products and indications.
Work collaboratively with both internal and external cross functional teams, i.e. digital, communications, graphic design, upstream marketing to effectively design omni-channel messaging campaigns that support sales efforts through the creation of sales tools and effective omni-channel execution through digital/print/social.
Identify barriers and opportunities for therapy adoption, and effectively address them through marketing programs (e.g. customer-facing tools, talk tracks, internal playbooks, etc).
Introduce and drive adoption for key messages, clinical evidence, and best practices to the commercial organization through regularly recurring field calls and quarterly/annual meetings.
Showcase new products and messaging across various marketing channels, including advertisements, tradeshows, and digital channels (web, social media, etc).
Build a deep understanding of target markets, including technology and healthcare trends, competitive dynamics, unmet needs, and regional factors.
Develop and maintain knowledge of current literature, emerging science, technological developments, and trends related to relevant therapies and competitive products.
Establish performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders, industry partners, and customers to enhance J&J Heart Recovery’s brand reputation and market presence.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of work experience, with at least 3 years of medical device sales/marketing experience, ideally in the cardiovascular space.
Preferred working knowledge of the heart failure market.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

A thorough understanding of the medical device sales channel, i.e. cath lab and surgical environment and sales rep to HCP interaction.

Proven track record of leveraging analytics, customer insights, and field feedback to develop and execute marketing strategies and tactical plans.
Strong business acumen related to proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience interacting with cross functional teams including legal, regulatory, etc in marketing collateral development and advertising and promotion approval processes.
Innovative thinker, embracing new ideas, processes, and technologies.
Ability to comfortably present to members of executive leadership team.
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks effectively through prioritization and meeting tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences, including sales & marketing leadership and customers.
Domestic travel up to >40%.
