About this role
Role Overview
Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, effective networking, and thorough research within the industry.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers and partners across various sectors, ensuring alignment of goals and mutual growth.
Lead the onboarding process for new suppliers, coordinating needs assessment and ensuring efficient management of required documentation.
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries received via phone or email, reflecting our commitment to delivering quality customer service.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, administration, service) to ensure the prompt follow-up on rental requests and smooth process navigation.
Supervise documentation related to rental contracts, approvals, and client follow-ups, ensuring compliance and accuracy of files.
Provide training and share product knowledge with partners to enhance collaboration and relationship-building.
Maintain meticulous tracking of activities in our internal CRM system and generate regular reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering effective collaboration and the establishment of lasting relationships.
Client-focused approach with a solutions-oriented mindset, proactively addressing needs and challenges.
Relevant experience in B2B sales, particularly within the equipment leasing, financial services, or related sectors.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling effective management of priorities and multiple tasks.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a drive to achieve goals in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency with digital tools, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite, optimizing processes and enhancing productivity.
