About this role
Role Overview
- Being the go-to guru for our leads, sparking interest through discovery and dropping knowledge bombs
- Reaching out and qualifying potential clients to set up meetings for our Account Executives to seal the deal
- Making those inbound calls to our marketing leads every single day
- Showing up and bringing your A-game full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (no nights or weekends, woohoo!)
Requirements
- You have a proven ability to sell with related sales or marketing experience
- You’ve had experience articulating value propositions via phone and email and will be able to do so with BambooHR’s product
- You’re able to identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Collaboration and negotiation are talents of yours and you’re able to utilize them to communicate effectively
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
