Proactive Client Management: Serve as the lead for a select portfolio of clients. You are responsible for the health of the relationship, ensuring clear communication and consistent alignment between the client’s vision and TaskForce’s execution.
Strategic Initiative: Take the lead in navigating strategy and tactical approaches. We need someone who looks beyond the immediate brief to identify how we can provide more value and deeper impact for our partners.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the "connective tissue" between clients and internal teams. You will ensure creative, production, and digital teams are fully looped in, briefed accurately, and aligned on all deliverables.
End-to-End Project Ownership: Maintain total oversight of the project lifecycle. From initial brainstorming to final delivery, you ensure timelines are met, workflows are efficient, and the final output is of the highest quality.
Financial & Contractual Oversight: Manage portfolio client contracts and budgets, ensuring projects remain within scope and identifying opportunities for growth and renewal.
Requirements
Agency Experience: 5-7+ years of account management experience within a fast-paced agency or similar environment is required.
Client Mastery: Proven experience managing high-touch client relationships and leading multi-channel campaigns from inception to completion.
Internal Integration: Solid experience working alongside creative and production teams to deliver on client expectations.
Location: Must be based in Los Angeles or New York.

Tech Proficiency: Expert level with Google Workspace and modern project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, or similar).
