Provide analytical support with problem mindset to generate ad hoc or standard reports to the Sales organization, and other departments as needed
Maintain and publish the Key Business Indicators (KBI) and scorecards to interested parties
Manage the reporting flow by reviewing data, ensuring data accuracy on a timely basis, and communicating changes to appropriate parties
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of reporting systems, Microsoft Access, and SQL to develop spreadsheets, reports and analysis and serve as a subject matter expert
Requirements
Experience writing SQL queries preferred
Excel VBA experience a plus
Superior technical and analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets, modeling applications and databases
Ability to sort through various data sources and summarize details in business report format
Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technology
Superior organizational, writing, and project management skills to effectively maintain and report on critical procurement data
Demonstrated history of suggesting and implementing process improvements
Ability to succeed with minimal direction
