Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain, delivery assurance, procurement, or related disciplines
Knowledge of government contracting and FAR/DFARS regulations
3+ years in a leadership or management role
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, delivery assurance processes, and supplier performance management
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex supply chain challenges
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of implementing effective solutions to delivery issues
3+ years of experience working with supply chain management tools, ERP systems, and data analytics
