10+ years of progressive experience in Talent, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or People Strategy roles.
Deep, hands-on experience designing and implementing L&D programs and talent systems (required).
Experience leading or supporting Talent Acquisition is a plus.
Proven experience building scalable programs in a growing company environment.
Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable executing.
