Configure and maintain Workfront environments, including dashboards, reports, templates, request queues, and workflows.
Implement and sustain automations, approval paths, and governance standards aligned with client processes.
Support system administration, including user setup, permissions, and data governance.
Translate business and functional requirements into well-structured Workfront configurations.
Partner with architects and analysts to define workflows, reporting structures, and governance models that align with client business needs.
Document technical configurations and solution details for internal and client-facing documentation.
Assess existing client instances to identify configuration enhancements, optimization opportunities, and process improvements.
Maintain awareness of Workfront releases, updates, and best practices to recommend new capabilities proactively.
Support light automation development and integrations (exposure to Workfront Fusion preferred but not required).
Assist with data cleanup, restructuring initiatives, and performance optimization efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, including marketing operations, developers, and solution architects, to ensure successful Workfront implementations.
Provide configuration quality assurance and support user acceptance testing.
Deliver user training and technical handoff documentation to ensure long-term client success.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront configuration and administration.
Strong understanding of project management, creative operations, or marketing workflows within enterprise organizations.
Experience building dashboards, reports, templates, and automations aligned with client business goals.
Working knowledge of Workfront Fusion or other integration tools (preferred).
Familiarity with REST APIs, system integrations, and enterprise martech or project management ecosystems.
Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of interfacing with clients and internal teams.
