Turf Operations Support, Warehouse

Role Overview

• Perform a variety of job responsibilities related to turf products
• Unload and properly store turf products from commercial trucks
• Load company delivery trucks with customer orders
• Deliver fertilizer and chemical products to customers from the Unit office
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse facility inside and out
• Respond to customer questions on turf equipment
• Assist with recordkeeping related to warehouse/inventory responsibilities
• Pull parts from inventory by use of forklift or other company equipment
• Analyze returned equipment and recommend corrective procedures
• Assist in miscellaneous warehouse duties, such as inventories and special projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Two plus years related experience and/or training
• Forklift experience is required
• Knowledge of the local geography is preferred
• Ability to maintain maintenance records for equipment
• Ability to take on dispatching duties when necessary
• Ability to lift 50lbs multiple times throughout the day
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
