Develop and maintain project plans, track deliverables, manage stakeholder expectations, coordinate review cycles, assign work, and ensure adherence to Instructional Design best practices.
Collaboration
Conduct meetings with SMEs to develop and update training module content. Collaborate with Instructional Designers on training module development and training module reviews. Consult with Instructional Design Manager for instruction, guidance, and direction.
Training Module and Material Development
Develop new, maintain, and update existing training modules and supporting materials. Meet with SMEs on training topics to finalize drafts of training modules. Develop photos, videos, and imagery to support the development of training module programs. Write scripts to organize and direct video sessions required to support training module development.
Miscellaneous
Stay current on applicable government and industry standards and regulations. Consult company departments to answer and assist with training questions and requests. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
2-4 years of related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate or bachelor’s degree (Business or other related degree) preferred
Previous experience in project management/coordination role
Good writing skills and adaptable interpersonal communication skills
Experience working on large teams or with multiple stakeholders
Resilient and able to coordinate/manage multiple training projects from beginning to end
