Lead and manage critical IT and cloud modernization initiatives
Establish technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with strategic goals and technical requirements
Drive initiatives that reduce technical debt, modernize legacy systems, and deliver high-quality technical solutions
Act as the technical execution lead for task orders, ensuring technical solutions are in alignment with overall system solution and achieve technical quality delivery outcomes
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and evaluate modernization opportunities
Facilitate collaboration between task order owners and cross-functional teams
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned into future efforts
Mentor team members, conduct performance evaluations, and identify training opportunities.

10+ years of related experience
US Citizenship Required: Yes
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
Active Secret clearance
Proven track record managing IT modernization projects
Hands-on experience with Azure environment management and ServiceNow modules
Strong understanding of DevOps, Agile methodologies, and modernization best practices
Knowledge of cybersecurity assessments, cloud financial budgeting (Cloudability, Kion), and regulatory requirements
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities for customer interfacing and stakeholder management
Ability to handle multiple complex projects concurrently
Experience mentoring engineers and building high-performing, collaborative teams.
