Project Manager – Scrum Master

Role Overview

• Support a Program Management Office (PMO) on a large, complex Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) contract
• Foster a collaborative, high-energy team environment
• Drive effective sprint execution by ensuring clear priorities and strong team alignment
• Enhance transparency and accountability through documentation of sprint plans and team agreements
• Strengthen communication between stakeholders, product management, and development teams
• Resolve conflicts and escalate issues to maintain delivery momentum
• Coach teams and reinforce SAFe principles and continuous improvement practices

Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience
• BA/BS in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Scrum Master/Agile/Kanban
• Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian tools experience
• SharePoint, MS Office (including MS Project) experience
• Good teamwork and communication skills with all levels of staff
