Role Overview
- Represent clients in various types of court hearings, including jury trials, non-jury trials, and motion practice
- Conduct client interviews and witness interviews
- Prepare witnesses for trial
- Conduct research and writing legal documents and filings
- Provide ongoing assessment of the merits of a case
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years’ legal experience
- Preferably in Criminal Defense and/or Civil dependency and termination of parental rights cases
- Must be a member in good standing with The Florida Bar
