Pilot and scale digital solutions and AI projects that demonstrate tangible business impact, following the “Assistant, Orchestration, Autonomous” framework.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), Operations Management, or a related technical discipline required.
18+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or operations roles, with at least 5 years in leading transformation initiatives or process improvement.
Familiarity with platforms such as MES, ERP (SAP), Databricks, Spotfire and Power BI.
Strong knowledge of process transformation, change management, and digital enablement.
Demonstrated success in blending process improvement with data analytics to deliver measurable operational impact.
Deep understanding of medical device manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
Experience collaborating with technical data teams and translating business needs into actionable data strategies.
