Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in product management, competitive intelligence, or product consulting—preferably in B2B technology with data rich problems, with bonus points for experience in insurance, personal lines, or fintech services.
Proven ability to translate technical features into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
Experience managing competitive and market analysis projects, creating internal enablement materials, and leading cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical and technical capability, including proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, Metabase, or Power BI to support modeling, insights, and data-driven decision-making.
Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as interviews, surveys, and statistical analysis.
Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate product management workflows and enhance collaboration with full-stack engineering teams
